Electra Team announced their Chimera Jailbreak 1.0.5 in the last week. They hoped to fix the issues and increase stability improvements with their V1.0.5 update, however, the 1.0.5 update was pulled for V1.0.4 as some of the Chimera Jailbreak tool users have reported some issues with it.
However, fixing those previous issues and including newest bug fixes and improvements, Electra Jailbreak team announced their latest Chimera Jailbreak Update: Chimera Versions 1.0.6. The release note on their official twitter account is below.
The Chimera V1.0.6 official changelog is;
– Improves the jailbreak success rate
– Resolve an issue from Chimera version 1.0.5 that would result in automatic rootfs restores
– Fix the Mail app’s sending bug
– Fix the A12(X) camera bug
In order to solve some potential issues, the Chimera Jailbreak developers ask the users to downgrade RocketBootstrap from V1.0.7 to V1.0.6.
The Electra Team also advises that users downgrade RocketBootstrap from version 1.0.7 to version 1.0.6 via the BigBoss repository to resolve potential issues. Otherwise, visit default Chimera Repository to download the RocketBootstrap version 1.0.7 beta 5.
